Pleasant . I had a long stop over in Houston and just wanted a place to spend the night after a long flight. It offered a shuttle service to the airport which was great (I think most hotels in the area do). Big room, everything was clean. Bathroom a bit outdated and could use a bit of TLC but no complaints

I like it, but people should be more friendly and attentive I pay in ADVANCE for two nights, yet, after going out, when I came back, I WAS LOCK OUT ENTRANCE TO MY ROOM. They deactivate my access cards, when they should ACTIVATE at the beginning for two nights. RESOLUTION? Need to pay attention to all the details... Good and cozy room, happy with the NO SMOKING rule, since I do not smoke, but even If I did; I would appreciate it, and smoke OUTSIDE...

Great place to stay. Breakfast is only served from 6:00a.m.- 9:00 a.m. (not 10:00 a.m.) during the week. Electric went out in the whole hotel and I was stuck outside my room till it came back on. Check-in was fast. Room was very clean and spacious. My girls loved staying here. Staff was helpful, Laundry is on the 3rd Floor $2 in quarters to wash/dry (laundry detergent & dry sheets not available for purchase on property) Pool was open, but didn’t get to use (weather one day it was too windy, the next it was too cold outside)
