Wonderful The vent fan in the bathroom didn't work. Friendly and helpful staff. Extra large room and full breakfast. Courtesy ride to the airport.

Very Good Be careful which room booking offers you. We wrote 3 adults and a child, and the room had a large bed, but a sofa was not sent. So it is necessary to arrange the details directly with the hotel. Breakfast is limited, everything is packed in individual plastic bags. It is not ecological. The location of the hotel is great, the shuttle from the airport reliable. The hotel equipment is older, but the beds are comfortable. Nice pool. Helpful staff.

Pleasant . I had a long stop over in Houston and just wanted a place to spend the night after a long flight. It offered a shuttle service to the airport which was great (I think most hotels in the area do). Big room, everything was clean. Bathroom a bit outdated and could use a bit of TLC but no complaints

I like it, but people should be more friendly and attentive I pay in ADVANCE for two nights, yet, after going out, when I came back, I WAS LOCK OUT ENTRANCE TO MY ROOM. They deactivate my access cards, when they should ACTIVATE at the beginning for two nights. RESOLUTION? Need to pay attention to all the details... Good and cozy room, happy with the NO SMOKING rule, since I do not smoke, but even If I did; I would appreciate it, and smoke OUTSIDE...
