Overall it was a good stay Unorganized I guess maybe not using the correct word. On the way to Houston from Dallas tx I called to ask if the rooms I reserved would be together I was told yes room 306-307 because they connected. Got there that wasn’t the case had to move to another room because door wouldn’t open. Not to bad we got a room but the new room the tv didn’t work someone had to come and fix it but once we turned the tv off it went back to not working again. Worst customer experience ever I have been trying to reach the front desk and the customer service for days. The hotel refuses to issue a bill. There was no respond at all. I've never experienced such incredibly poor customer service. ./.
