Perfect inexpensive airport hotel Great staff, rapid check in spotless clean large rooms perfect air conditioning all in a very reasonable price
Good Nothing Nice breakfast and the room looks very good
O k. Have to stay there on the way home too. Told us we hadn't ask for room with fridge and microwave. Who knew one had to ask for those?? Room smelled strongly of paint fumes. Offered only ONE key for the two of us. A/C BLASTED on and off. No "white" noise. Pillows were wonderful. Going to try to purchase one.
Good for a quick stop It was mechanical and insensitive. I was on a tour of Austin area towns, and stayed the night at a sister hotel. We fled from the hotel in the middle of the night, and into a family owned hotel. La Quinta customer service promised me that my stay in Houston would be exceptional and the staff there would let me know that the bad experience I had with other hotel was a one off. It was okay. there was no place close for us to eat. We are an older couple, it was not fun trying to find somewhere to eat in a new city that we were not familiar with. We got lost because the directions and location of the hotel were horrible
Good The carpet seamed dirty. I had to look under the bed and it was horrible under there much dirt and garbage.

Good Over a 1 hour wait for pick-up at the Airport causing us to miss a long planned dinner at favorite Houston restaurant next to hotel
