Desayuno muy pobre. Shuttle desde aeropuerto hay que llamar para que vengan. El transfer del aeropuerto al hotel. Aunque ponga en la web que hay transfer hay que pedirlo. Estuvimos 1 hora esperando y cuando llamamos para reclamarlo todavía tardó 30 minutos más en llegar. Desayuno muy pobre. El personal de recepción de la tarde muy amable
Great Location Charged for a roll away bed that we had to take with us up to the 5th floor. We were charged $5.00 on the 18th and $10.00 on the 25th. Not consistent on charges, Close to the airport and free shuttle service to and from the airport.
It is a beautiful property but we had to take cold showers. That is unacceptable. We could not get hot water for a shower. Our room and bed were very comfortable

Good value for money. Consistency at the front desk. some were good others not so welcoming. Stayed both coming and going from Houston. The Price, location near airport, free shuttle to airport, tasty breakfast, comfortable beds, small fitness center, were all positives.
Pleasant Shower. Close to airport.
Good place to stay. The toilet was low to the ground which made it difficult to get off and on because of knee arthritis. Not a lot of choice for restaurants nearby. Bed was very comfortable. Sound proofing was fairly good. Heard a little airplane noise but not much. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
