I was surprised that I got such a huge, clean and nicely furnished room for the reasonable price. Large bed, comfortable and quiet air conditioning. Cozy. The receptionist was friendly. Only 5 minutes by car to the airport.

Wouldn't let me reserve a first-floor handicapped room when I called to make the reservation for 2 nights (March 21 and 22, Room 206). I reserved a room with 2 double beds. When we arrived to check in, they had no 1st floor handicapped rooms. We had to take a 2nd floor room. When we went upstairs, the room had a king bed. I immediately, then I went downstairs, and they would not change our room to a room with 2 double beds. They said it was against their policy! There was a cabinet built into the wall. The hotel desk manager went out of his way to help me. The newly remodeled rooms were great. From the new carpet to the freshly painted rooms. The newly remodeled bathroom was awesome. Even the mattress was new. After a restful night, I took the free hotel shuttle to the airport. I will definitely be back the next time I need a hotel near the airport. Not to mention the competitive room rates.

Hotel looks nice from outside, lots of trees and a nice swimming pool. Rooms are really spacious and appear to be more luxurious compared to other la Quinta hotels I've stayed at. To my surprise at this hotel te window could open which I prefer above air-conditioning (now March and 55 to 60 f). Of course at night this is not the best idea, with the hotel being located just beside the airport. Breakfast will be tested in 15 min. Overall the location was okay. There was nothing nearby to get food except for one place that nobody recommended. The rooms were nice we did have to wait on ours even though we asked for early entry. That was not a big deal. They even stored our luggage for us. The morning girl was phenomenal. Everybody else was okay.
