Satisfied but Needs Improvement I asked for washcloths when the maid service lady came and she gave me a towel for the floor and said, " five more minutes for the wash clothes," needless to say I never received any. The only other complaint I have is the trash cans didn't have any liners. I've never been to a hotel and the trash cans didn't have liners . Not having trash liners are unsanitary and unclean. All that I just mentioned can be rectified. Easy to check in without any hassles.

Great hotel to stay in if you are passing through Houston. The breakfast was very bland. There was not a whole lot of variety and there was no food left 20 minutes before 9am. The coffee cups were too small. The dryer in the second floor did not work and the maintenance guy, Ray, was not too happy to assist me. I liked the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the property. The rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable.
