Ok stay Air conditioning didn’t work too good. The shower took forever to get hot, the hot tub didn’t work one day. Good location, beds were comfortable. Staff was great.
Overall it was a great stay .staff was very nice and helpful friendly and professional. The upgrade room definitely need The room I had was a free upgrade , but the ceiling and walls was dirty and needs to be cleaned .it was just a creepy vibe Location
Check in could use some work but otherwise great stay as always! No option for express check in. We got out of church sooner than expected and went on lunch but finished sooner than expected as well. We arrived at 230 which is right before check in. Needless to say the hotel was practically empty. I never expect to check in early but we always ask just in case. Pleasant Wasnt much I didn't like. It was a quick trip and a place to stay. Breakfast was convenient and good timing. Staff was accommodating. I felt safe

Good It was a bit more dated than last time we were here. Not sure why but it just wasn’t as clean as last time. I did the express check in online but it didn’t seem to make a difference. I was still asked to sign all the same things I had already signed online in person. I also had already input all my card info online and was asked to pay again at the hotel.
