It was ok The elevator slammed on me a few times the door wouldn't stay open . The TV was a nightmare it didn't work .. phone in room didn't work .. pool was nasty Staff was amazing

great experience overall . need to have a security person in the parking lot , there was a gentleman outside smoking pot needed to have poop bags available. there was a dispenser but empty. dog friendly

Awesome The bathroom needs to be a little better cleaned. The pool wasn't clean looking. It was nice bathtub I had to clean,hair was in it. Had a issue with the TV but it was solved quickly So I had to disinfect bathroom but everything else. We never did pool, it had a uncanny look it needs to be cleaned professionally. Other then that okay. Breakfast need a little kick but it was okay. Thanks for asking for my opinion.

Decent The AC in the room was lacking. Wouldn’t work on high, only low. The hotel is full of weird foul smells. Mildew in the rooms, sewage in the hallways, smoke in the stairs. The attendant Reyna was very unfriendly and unpleasant. Several homeless people camped out around the parking lot, but they didn’t bother anyone. The morning front desk was very polite. The bed and pillows were perfect.

Good Le falta mantenimiento a algunas áreas, la alberca sobre todo. Y en el check out batalle para que me realizaran un descuento por una boda a la que asistimos. Una joven como que no tenía ganas de atender en el front desk. La ubicación, estaba a unos minutos de los lugares que visitaría.
