We have stayed at this facility many times, and love it! There needs to be bath mats or bath strips in the bathtub; it's slippery clean!! We did not eat nearby. We ate at our family's home.

Nice new hotel, but I'll stick with other chains in the future. Attentiveness by staff. Beds super comfy, location great. Responsiveness by staff was disappointing. I returned to my room in the evening to find it hadn't been cleaned. I called the desk to be told "I'll notify the housekeeping manager tomorrow'. When I checked out I told them again about missing my room, was told Oh, I'll let them know. I wasn't expecting the world, but some form of apology, perhaps a discount off my next stay or something. Pleasant Room was not ready when we got there after 3pm. Had to wait an additional 45 minutes after checking in for room to be cleaned. Cleaning lady stayed on her cell phone the whole time. Breakfast was good.
