Definition of Hospitality The only thing that I can say wasn't good was the weather and power outage due to the weather conditions I love that this hotel offers real hospitality, which is lacking in so many other places I've stayed. Ms. Brenda was able to accommodate my request. I actually felt like a guest here I felt respected and valued and that makes the world of a difference to me because thats not usually the case since I'm a bit "Different" but I wasn't judged, criticized or underestimated as a person. exactamente lo que esperaba. esta muy en las afueras y aumentaron precios muy comodo limpio y no huele a cigarro como muchos otros que ofrecen habitaciones de no fumador. siempre que voy a houston lo visito.
