Wonderful Nothing really. We came in through some very bad weather. When we arrived there was no electricity to the hotel. The receptionists had to change our rooms because I could not do the stairs. She apologized but it turned out better for us. The room was clean. The staff very good. Will definitely stay again when visiting my son.

The "Signature" Palacio Inn is very, very nice! The location wasn't ideal, in my opinion. The Signature Palacio Inn is very, very nice. I would recommend it with no problem. It is super clean and the rooms are very nice and very cutely appointed. It is not the newest hotel but it is maintained very well. I think it gets confused a lot with their other hotel called the Palacio Boutique Inn because the reviews don't reflect how nice the Signature Palacio is.
