I really enjoyed my stay with Palacio Signature Hotel The coffee table should be by the kitchen for those who are handicap The breakfast was delicious but the coffee table was a little bit away from the kitchen table

Great, for the most part. I thought there would be more choices for the comp breakfast; I thought there would at least be breakfast meats provided, other beverages and coffee. I like that there is a waffle machine; I didn't have time to make waffles because I was running late for work but when I come back I will definitely make waffles because I will book when I have time off. I really like Palacio Katy Signature Inn because the room I had was very clean and the bed and pillows were really comfortable
Pleasant I didn't get the room I paid for! The hotel is very nice
Exceptional I do wish there was more variety for breakfast but overall it was still good! Our stay was very comfortable! Everything was clean and well kept! I love that my dog is always welcome and that there is a specific fenced in area for him to potty! Breakfast is also a great perk!
