the overall experience was lovely . the room was a perfect fit . just didn’t like the smell of dogs in the hallways The Pet smell i loved the jacuzzi tub .

Exceptional Anytime we have business to take care in the Houston area for most part the drive doesn't matter to us we get a room at the Palacio! They have always been very accommodating!

Dog Sport Stay! Breakfast could have more variety, but honestly, I can't complain! Close to everything and staff was very kind and attentive! I love that it's pet friendly and has a small dog dog park!
