Location is good. Facilities need a little improvement and breakfast needs a lot of improvement Breakfast Breakfast was simple, it did not meet my expectations. I stayed in Miami, Fl about 2 months ago and they had the regular breakfast of eggs, waffles, bacon,etc I was not expecting cookies, a fruit and yogurt in a bag to go.

Very clean property and friendly staff, dog friendly, I would definitely return! I was upset that they didn’t offer a hot breakfast like most other hotels right now. They only give out breakfast bags which contain mostly sugary items. i also hated the bed frames, they made a noise every time you sat or climbed into bed which is tough when you are sleeping with a two year old in the room. I enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and the property is centrally located. Pets are allowed and there was a dog on my floor that barked both day and night. The property is close to restaurants and entertainment. It was also very close to other venues that I needed to get to in Katy.

Exceeded my expectations for the price. Very decent room. Everything was great. Definitely would stay here again. The hotel did the best they could for breakfast based on the current state of affairs. I didn't give an exceptional review only because I would have preferred a better breakfast. The staff was very professional and accomodating.
