Staff is so friendly!!! Happy hour was a great surprise too. The room was clean and fresh, bed was extremely comfortable, and it was in a good location. Couldn’t ask for more.

We left the next day. There's a strong smell in the lobby and in the rooms. Musty or something. Also my kids just wanted to swim and the pool was so dirty. Pool area was gross. Doesn't look like it's maintained. It's basically an old hotel dressed up and painted to look new. Light fixtures in the rooms need to be replaced. Rusty and just looks gross. To add, I notice a family who u think lives there.

Woke up and saw something crawling on and around the headboard. Realized it was a tick. Went to the front desk to report it. Had to bang on the window to wake up the person on duty. He took my phone number and told me a manager would call. 48 hours later and 3 calls from me back still have not spoken to a manager.

I'm here for the weekend but the hotel so far is great. The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Great rooms.

Ordered room service cause my baby stained the sheets on one bed and in the other bed the sheets were stained with something brown came back at night to find out they only gave us new towels and didn’t change the sheet only made the bed. Ordered room service again and specified we wanted the sheets changed. They finally changed the sheets. Went into the restroom to brush my teeth but they left a TOILET BOWL CLEANING BRUSH over my stuff and laying in top of my toothbrush. DISGUSTING
