Wonderful stay, ambiance was wonderful, staff friendly and helpful. I wish more breakfast would have been prepared better. When the food was out in the warming metal pan/ tray, food was never replenished.

Not relaxing The hot tub was colder then the pool, the rude guest and the rooms was not clean. They was in bad shape. The staff was amazing
Great customer service! Toilet was not 100% clean. Tv kept losing signal and shows were constantly interrupted. There was a slight musty smell in the room. I think the staff were very helpful and friendly. Gabby, at the front desk. was particularly helpful when adjusting my room reservation. During our stay, Gabby always greeted us with a cheerful smile and asked if we needed anything. Great hospitality!
