To be honest, not the best Wyndham we’ve stayed at. Positives, very clean, it’s obvious a lot of work has been done to renovate a hotel we suspect was pretty run down previously. Had a nice area for our dog but fencing it in and making sure waste bags are stocked would be great. Did not take advantage of breakfast because it appeared to be just standard continental fare and we are used to a little more from Wyndham. The staff were all accommodating, friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience, it is clean and most staff were very nice and pleasant. The breakfast is not good. I went for breakfast at 07:15am and this is what I saw (see below). A young female receptionist was walking by and I asked if more was coming out, she went in the kitchen, came out totally walking by me and ignoring me. Bizarre. Anyway no breakfast was had that day. The hotel and service were good. We had a couple above our room who walked the floors and dropped things all night, and I do mean all night, so didn’t get much sleep. But the front desk was very very helpful and friendly. Love the heated pool and free breakfast!!

Made a reservation for a King room. Check in time is 3 PM. Arrived at 5:30 PM (After a 5 hour drive )only to discover that there are supposedly no King Rooms Available. Had to settle for a room with 2 queen beds, which is a much smaller room than we were told upon, making the reservations and traveling to this location. Also had a Billing/payment issue at check-in and was forced to use a personal debit card rather than the original card that the reservation was booked and used for payment. Check in was good, the lady working was very helpful & secured a rollaway for us. However she never told me I would need to ask to have my room cleaned or receive clean towels, nor was it posted anywhere. After 2 days I asked a maid if she might empty my trash, she told me "it's not her room". That night or the 3rd morn we had to go get clean towels from the front desk. We would leave in the morn & come back at night, always hoping the beds would be fresh & the trash would be empty. There was never anyone around to ask when ... read more
