Comfortable stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was pleasant, but not around much. They seemed to be doing more than one job.
Very Good The free breakfast should offer something in replace of the hot breakfast offer everything has been opened for months I realize the importance of safety something should be offered in replacement there are many options They didn't serve breakfast which was our main reason for booking ...although covid was the initial reason all restaurants have been open for months ..even something light ...fruit.. cereal juice pastries many things could have been offered
Exceptional I didn't like that there was no free breakfast. I loved that when my family went swimming we had the pool to ourselves and all the trees around it made great privacy. Everyone was nice and even worked it to where we could stay in our room another night instead of going to a smaller one. The beds are so comfortable and it is in a great location. Planning another trip to that place again soon.
Stay was great, would stay again Nothing I didn’t like Location was great, close to where we wanted to be.

Only thing going for this place is the location The property is really run down. The common areas were so dirty. The elevator looked like it had not been cleaned in years. Stained carpets and the room furniture had so much gunk on them we couldn't sit on them. I worked one day and had to put towels to sit on chair. The surface of the bathroom was clean but toilet seats were cracked and stained, shower cracked and stained. Would not stay there again. Great Location!! Close to the lake, Kemah Boardwalk, NASA.

Pleasant Noise of children and adults after 10pm stomping from 430pm until1130pm until I was on the bottom floor the noise was from above us. I complained to the desk. No breakfast as on websight stated free breakfast. Cleanliness of hotel

Thank you for your feedback and we are happy you enjoyed the cleanliness of our property. We do apologize for any noise issues. As it is sold out 4th of July wknd there are many families with children here. We wish the parents would be more proactive in watching their children and we did speak with the room responsible for the noise. We do now have breakfast that are sold items. We will not be doing the free breakfast buffet any longer due to stricter COVID rules and policies but selling individual items prepackaged to avoid... read more
