Very Good The smell of the room and no one ever came to clean our room our entire stay. My stay was good. I can't really complain. The only thing I will say is that the room had a really funny smell. But other than that we had a good stay. The lady at the front desk was really nice and the hotel was close to good restaurants. Sam's Boat being one of them. We ate there 2 nights in a row.

Exceptional The air conditioner was a little loud when running at night and did rattle a lot when it was running. Not sure if it just needs some maintenance or if there is something else going on with it. Would recommend it be looked at The location was great! Minutes away from the space center and boardwalk. After check-in walked into the room and it smelled clean and looked clean as well. The staff was super friendly and helpful when looking for things to do in the area. Exceptional There is not anything not to like about this hotel. However, I do miss the yummy breakfast they severed before COVID. I hope the breakfast is able to return soon I love this hotel. We have stayed here several times in the last year and it’s our favorite place to stay. Everyone was friendly and the girl that checked us in was amazing. The room was cleaned every day and the beds are comfy.

Good Room was good just needs a little attention. Rm. 118, the shower head needs replaced ( didn’t spray good at all) Toilet was a little loose and seeping at the base. Light bulbs in room burned out. Mattress was worn down pretty good on one side. (Big dip feeling) when u lay down , 2nd floor ice machine wasn’t working at the time.Also 2 lamps(light bulbs burned out ) in room # 209 otherwise great stay Great Friendly staff, easy check in/out.
