Exceptional The air conditioner was a little loud when running at night and did rattle a lot when it was running. Not sure if it just needs some maintenance or if there is something else going on with it. Would recommend it be looked at The location was great! Minutes away from the space center and boardwalk. Exceptional There is not anything not to like about this hotel. However, I do miss the yummy breakfast they severed before COVID. I hope the breakfast is able to return soon I love this hotel. We have stayed here several times in the last year and it’s our favorite place to stay. Everyone was friendly and the girl that checked us in was amazing. The room was cleaned every day and the beds are comfy.

Good Room was good just needs a little attention. Rm. 118, the shower head needs replaced ( didn’t spray good at all) Toilet was a little loose and seeping at the base. Light bulbs in room burned out. Mattress was worn down pretty good on one side. (Big dip feeling) when u lay down , 2nd floor ice machine wasn’t working at the time.Also 2 lamps(light bulbs burned out ) in room # 209 otherwise great stay Great Friendly staff, easy check in/out. Awesome Maybe the barking pets. Convenient to most locations I needed. Great greeting when I arrived. Clean and comfortable beds.

I liked it. Close to Kemah boardwalk. Very quick check in and check out. Thanks! I heard a baby crying around 4 am. But I didn’t take any stars away for that purpose. Not even the baby’s mother could do anything about the baby crying :) Super quick check in. Room was clean. It worked out for me specifically because the door to my room was just by the side door that was next to my car. So like quick in and out of hotel too.
