Good Everything was good but phone service was not good and the elevator was broken.
Exceptional Husband and I had to go out to eat when we really would have liked to have stayed at hotel, construction next door made walking to nearby restaurant a little hazardous, though no fault of yours. Sort Stay. my son's family were at hotel before us, when he told the front girl we were to be there, the front desk girl arranged a room on same floor and across from son's family. Very nice gesture.
スタッフの対応がすばらしい 部屋の中のエアコン周囲のカーペットが濡れていた。 禁煙のはずだが部屋に入ったときにタバコの様なにおいがした。 色々頼んだがスタッフの対応が非常に良かった。 ヒューストン宇宙センターへ行きやすい場所にあり、朝余裕を持って出発することができた。
Clean rooms, great staff! Elevator went out so had to haul suitcases down stairs; seemed they were trying to get it fixed, but perhaps having more than one would be a good idea (?) Good breakfast (fantastic waffles); staff very friendly and accommodating; great rooms; really nice pool

Good location to visit NASA , Kemah fitness room could be better -only 1 walking track ( broken) and 1 orbiter
Good One entrance door broken. One exit door leaking a/c unit above door. Stains on hall carpets. Good value, pet friendly. Need some repairs.
