Thank you for your feedback and we are happy you enjoyed our location and clean rooms. We do apologize if there was any issue with the toaster. We checked it and both are working. Possible it was unplugged at the moment for some reason? We absolutely care about all aspects of the hotel and work hard every day to provide a great stay at a great location. We hope to serve you again in the future.
