we had a small mixup at checkin but was corrected and we enjoyed our stay minus the elevators being out! elevators didn’t work property was clean

Good That we was not informed about no elevators when booking. Also the pool had trash floating in it and the pump was not on. The room was clean.

Our employees go out every hour to check the surroundings and pick up anything needed. We can assure you the pumps were on as we never turn them off. We are eagerly awaiting our elevator parts and luckily are only 2 floors a guest would have to walk to so very minimal. We are always willing to help with any luggage needed. sehr schön für unsere Durchreise Alles etwas ungepflegt und schimmelig. Das Wasser im Pool war warm. Es lagen Dosen und Pooltücher herum. keiner hat sich gekümmert. sehr herzlicher Empfang. viele Tipps für die Umgebung. Schöne Lage direkt am Wasser. Komfortables und großes Zimmer mit Blick auf das Wasser. Pool war in Betrieb.

Leuk verblijf Je hebt wel echt een auto nodig. Vriendelijke mensen en leuk praatje mee gemaakt. Bij het inchecken bleek dat de WC gebruikt was door iemand. We kregen meteen een andere kamer. Kemah Seabrook en een mooie locatie. Leuke restaurantjes/bars in de buurt.
