Beds were soft
Very clean and comfortable hotel. Quiet, close to everything near the Johnson Space Center. Highly recommend.
Free Breakfast is weak....but...Peli an Grill nearby is great. Room big and clean...No Bugs...despite "Pet "Friendly". Bathroom toilet weak...shower strong. Shower curtain does not stay in place. Pillows great...bed soft. Mini fridge good. TV ok. A/C Works... not too noisy.
Comfortable, large room, nicely decorated. Very friendly receptionist
AC Units need to be improved. Carpet should be replaced with laminate as the room smells like mildew. Staff was great. Remove car freshnar from AC vents. Thats very tackly
We had some broken furniture, and the sofa bed for the 5th person was just sleeping on the sofa. This was not made up or had any bedding for it. We also had some very large bugs in our room three times.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Do not disturb sign was missed. A little more protein on the breakfast bar would have been nice. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Decent place to stay
Well definitely be staying at their location again very clean nice very high end compare to other hotels and the pricing.
