Our room size great and the staff was great. Resr Answered that above Room was great for size, however both tv's had problems with them. One did not work at all. The other the remote did not work. So you had to keep getting up and down to get sound right. Water was cold and took forever to get lukewarm water.

Thank you for your stay and as I mentioned to you this morning the problem is not the new TV sets but the need to familiarize with the use of both the TV remote and the DirecTV remote. One needs to be used to achieve proper HDMI setup and the other to access the 300 + channel line up. If we had known we could have helped you with quick instructions.
efficient Could use more parking spaces. Breakfast is over early at 9:30 if you want coffee. Odd layout of the room, one very long hallway. no major complaints. Had a great view of the water. Tiny TV. Comfortable and clean bed and bathroom. Quick check in and check out. Located close to the water and to some restaurants. We went to Pelican Grill for breakfast which wasn't fancy but very good.

Thank you for your stay. Our TVs are all 40" to 44" except in the smaller annex bedroom in the suites where some are 32". Our boutique hotel is only a 56 rooms and by city code only has approximately 60 parking spaces.
Very Good Its literally not an issue, but just a bit annoying. The TV in our room had these lines running through it like it was dropped or something. Other than that I had no complaints, plus this place it's pet friendly so you get to see puppers everywhere. We got the king room and compared to the other hotels I've stated at, it was pretty large.

Great place Breakfast wasn’t available due to COVID but we understand Rooms are very comfortable and it’s close to a beach and and the broad walk.
