Very Good The bed was a bit hard. I would have liked a sheltered smoking area, since smoking is not allowed inside. Pretty, new, hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

GREAT ALREADY PLANNING A TRIP BACK The elevator was slow and didn't feel right Everything was clean and they had a lot for the breakfast

MY WIFE AND I HAD AN OVER ALL PLEASANT STAY AND WILL CHOOSE THIS FACILITY AGAIN. N/A BREAKFAST HAD GOOD VARIETY, QUALITY AND AREA WAS CLEAN. FACILITY WAS CLEAN AND STAFF WAS ATTENTIVE. VERY GOOD VALUE AND CONVENIENTLY LOCATED. ROOM WAS VERY QUIET. WILL CHOOSE THIS FACILITY NEXT TIME IN HOUSTON.

He enjoyed his stay As an office manager, I have to set up stays for the drivers that are on the road. When I go online or call in to book the room, I have to go through hoops to secure a room. We have business credit cards at our office to call in payments. The staff does not carry the business card with them. I don't like that it is really hard to get our drivers a room by calling in the information. Especially since he stays there often.
