It was cozy and reasonable price I didnt have any problems with the hotel The location was perfect

Pleasant I was on the first floor which made it convenient for me to access the dog walking area. However the other guests on the first floor decided they needed to party all night and while I complained to the front desk they were only able to get them to quiet down for a few moments. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The stay was during the record freeze on February 16. The facility had its own water and electric issues and the staff did their best to keep us comfortable.

Pleasant Not very clean. Trash in hallway overflowing. Carpet not clean. Waited 5 minutes before someone came to the desk for check in. This morning, still not at desk. Needed to know if coffee was reg or decaf. No reg coffee in room. Only decaf. No blanket. Only two towels in bath. No wash clothes. Bathroom door sticks. Hard to close. Price and location.

Exceptional They charge me for smoking, but refunded my funds because I didn't smoke in room. That it had a small kitchen area.
Could’ve been better It says at the entrance that the manager was on duty, but when I looked for the manager, she wasn’t there. We had an issue with our AC the first night, and had to sleep in a warm room which was very uncomfy. I like how Earl who works at night was very helpful and accommodating.
