Needs better customer service at the desk Upon check in and our entire 2 day stay the lady at the front desk had an attitude. She greeted the couple who check in before me and when it was my turn to check in, she didn’t greet me and spoke to me with an attitude the entire time. She even had an attitude and gave the DoorDash delivery drivers a hard time delivering our food. Hotel itself was great experience would have better with friendlier staff. Won’t be staying there again next time I come into the area location and room
Good The breakfast was disgusting. It was a paper bag with a nasty processed muffin and a small bottle of water. The coffee was ok. It took all night for the air conditioning to finally get to a comfortable temperature. It stayed 80 degrees until the early morning hours. We were too tired to pack up and request a new room The location was easy to get to. The girl at the front desk was most excellent! The room was a nice size.
