Stay was ok but nothing to brag about Breakfast sucked.Room could have been more updated, and floor in hallway should be vacuumed daily. Location was great,staff was very nice and helpful and bed was comfortable.
Older Property....Would not Stay There Again No ice in ice machines. Three machines and all were empty Room was not up to standards of other La Quintas in which we have stayed. Breakfast was not very good - not many choices Location was good for our travel. Lady at checking in was nice and helpful

First visit wasnt great, but i believe in 2nd chances. Blood found on bed sheet and tub was backed up. We had to change rooms. Close to good food. I hop, Papadeaux
I wish it were more clean The room smelled like mildew Floors including tub floor were not as clean as expected The employees were friendly and the atmosphere was peaceful.
worst experience ever The hotel is lifeless and gloomy, the first impression is that of a sorrowful place where someone is being mourned. The breakfast is the worst I've ever had; very low budget breakfast for a hotel of Over $100. The hallways are dirty and not well maintained. The rooms have low ceilings and bathrooms are old and poorly maintained. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I liked the sugar land location because it was close to everywhere I wanted to visit in Houston.
