Visited as a busy time was about to start. Ground floor room, looked okay walking in. Next door neighbor must've been giving their cat a bath, other neighbor had a barking dog. Guests above us had lead boots on. Bathroom had black mold (or at least the stains). Floor around bed smelled like urine. Staff was very polite and helpful. I did not ask for a new room or anything to be fixed.

I loved the bed, it was very comfortable. I didn’t like that the carpet felt dirty and lights didn’t work so good. Also the neighbors upstairs were very loud and stomping on the floor. I left for the evening and when I came back someone had came in the room even though I had the do not disturb sign and they used the toilet and didn’t flush.

Tracy, the manager on duty took exceptional care of us. We didn’t have hot water in the shower in the morning and she took care of the situation immediately, opening the room next door for us to use. Thank you Tracy!

My expectation was low for the quality of the room condition and I was suprisingly pleased! The other room we booked for extra family, however, had old food in the microwave that was starting to mold. Didn't understand that there were waffles! There was no indication that the front desk lady would make them for you. We only noticed when others were waiting and the waffle aroma was lingering. But we were already heading out with our cold yogurt and wrapped muffin. :-(

Door wouldn’t close good, had to slam it to get it shut. The place smelled old and musty. No water pressure in shower.

This place must have been recently remodeled. It looked great and the room was huge. It was a nice stay.

Considering the fact that we are still on "pandemic" mode, I felt that the hotel room was tidy and well equipped but not as clean as I had expected. However, after traveling for so many hours--the beds were extremely comfortable and the overall stay was fine.

I was in a rush to find a place to stay, and end up fighting this one. When we got there everything seemed normal. Once we got to our room it was a disaster. The conditions of the room were not the best. The door to the room was broken. You had to literally lift it up to close it. The pillows and the beds felt dusty. I wondered if they were cleaned. We had a noisy couple next door. I'm a patient person, therefore I waited until it was 12:00AM to call the first time about a noise complaint. I had to call a second time at 2:00... read more
