My room was in need of repairs and maintenance. I was too tired to switch rooms. Only stayed one night. Entry door literally falling off the hinges, curtains torn and not working, towel rack falling off the wall, caulking around tub looks terrible. The carpet had so many stains as did the one towel in the bathroom. I travel a lot and I am a diamond member but I will NOT be coming back to this place.

First off, RUN! This has been the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’m highly disappointed in my stay. Had it not been 1 am at night, I wouldv’e just driven the 3 hours back home to Houston. The carpet throughout the hallways and rooms seemed like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The pillows were so filthy and old, you could clearly see the yellow brownish stains on them through the pillow sheets. Horrible stay. The elevators don’t work properly, our room had an old musty smell to it, there was no telephone in the room and the bathroom ventilation fan was broken. The room next to us had music playing loudly the entire day/night/early morning. We called the front desk to complain, but they weren’t able to do much about it. We will not be booking here ever again.

This hotel is very poorly maintained. The elevator has issues but instead of getting it fixed, the staff just put instructions to push the buttons harder or longer. The carpet in the halls and stairwells were very dirty and stained, looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in several weeks. The bathroom in my assigned room had the floor buckled up. Our room needed vacuuming, both the floor and couch. The at really turned us off. We were concerned about the elevator, and we saw some insect activity on the ground floor. The breakfast hostess was WONDERFUL, and breakfast included hot eggs, sausage and waffles, plus several other cold items. The walls were pretty thin in the rooms, as well as our ceiling. Other than that…. The space was great; it just needs to be thoroughly cleaned and touched up.
