Great location The first night our room smelled like a dirty ash try. This is a non-smoking hotel, but one or more of the guests were not complying with that policy. The staff member was apologetic, but the hotel was sold out and no other rooms were available. She used two aerosol sprays - one for smoke elimination and one a deodorizer. It helped, but it was still unpleasant. The next day we complained again, and they gave us a different room and we were very happy. Wonderful
Exceptional Breakfast needs a re-do too We were able to stay as the first guests in the newly refurbished suite #400. The entire 4th floor is almost all redone. Spiffy bright and very comfy.

Ok für die Durchreise Haare vom Vorgänger im Zimmer. Bei zwei Übrrnachtungen kein Zimmerservice. Lautes Tür schließen. Angenehmes Hotel - Frückstüack war für amerikanische Verhältnisse Ok.
Visiting Family This property was in the middle of a much needed renovation. Our bathroom door would not shut completely. The tile was dinghy and gray in the bathroom and the walls were water logged. There was a strange odor in the room that we had to cover up with room spray. The air conditioner/heater was rather loud and cycled on and off quite a bit during the night.
