The staff was helpful and kind, the rooms clean, and the location convenient. The shower pressure and heat level was a little low on both counts. Would have liked a little more ability to adjust. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in time was at 3, but we arrived around noon and had an event to be at around 3, so we asked if there was a way to check in early. Because a couple of rooms had already been cleaned, they were happy to accommodate us, and having a couple of hours to rest was extremely nice. They also ga... read more

Comfortable, met expectations. highly recommended. Friendly staff/reception (sadly, i forgot his name), he even offered me to sign up for Wyndham rewards. Good hot breakfast. Comfortable bed/pillows, clean bathroom, fluffy towels. Expected noise but did not happen- slept like a log. Will definitely stay again. To all: always tip the housekeeping staff :)

Good One of two elevators out of order, first floor ice machine out of order, breakfast juice machine out of order, baggage cart out of order. At 1:45 am middle night, fire alarm sounded, every one jumped up , ran out of the building for about 1 hour. Next morning, asked front desk, some pump out of order. So many out of orders?!

Very Good The hotel and the grounds appeared unkept. Outside, trashbin was full and overflowing. Hallways needed vacuuming and the front desk staff seemed tired and on edge. Our bathtub faucet had a good size drip going on; which we let the front desk know about. The location was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable.

The stay was satisfactory. The room we had was located next to I-95, I think that’s the number, so it was quite noisy. The pillows weren’t the most comfortable. The room was clean, and the bedding and towels were nice.
