Great Location Spa/jacuzzi. One elevator out of service for a significant time. Breakfast, room, pool.
Good Since we have a dog it would have been nice to have a room on the ground floor but maybe they were fully booked out! The hotel is super clean but perhaps an older building, so expect to hear other guests opening and closing their doors on the mornings and sometimes you’ll hear the hot water tank when people take a shower. Wonderful They charge me for my service dog but I don't if the desk clerk removed the charge when I checked in? The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

Wonderful It was a lot busier then they expected for Breakfast, so there was a wait for everything one morning. It was also stated that the pool was heated, it was not it was freezing. That was very disappointing.
