Thank you staff for the hospitality. I will be back. Had a few issues with hot water but the property made it right. Breakfast was great and the staff was amazing.

Terms upon arrival were different than those posted on Booking. We were charged $10 per day for parking even though it was advertised as free. Apparently a new policy went into effect the day we arrived. We were also charged an additional $250 incidentals fee, also anew policy that started the day we arrived. The incidental fee has not been refunded as of 2/12/24. We checked out on the morning of 2/7/24. I will obviously be following up on this. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
