Clean and comfortable stay that had reasonable pet fees in Vegas Comfortable room, pet friendly with reasonable pet fees and space for dogs to go outside, free parking, good location for our needs

Great Vegas Stay in Summerlin One of the elevators was broken so the walk to the other elevator was far or you had to go up tons of flights of stairs lol. Good exercise though lol. I'm kidding. This wasn't an issue for me. Great stay. Very Clean hotel. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Room and bathroom was spacious. Located near lots of convenient stores and restaurants. 15-20 mins from Strip in Vegas. Price of room was good value for experience. Complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay again!!

Probably not rebook here in future travels.. Property needs overall maintenance update… ice machines and elevator out of order..luggage carts hard to locate..back door entry to hotel unsecured. Breakfast was very minimal and poorly serviced/stocked. Poor front desk lady running back and forth trying to service the counter with s few supplies

Exceptional Hall ways we're dirty, they needed vaccumed and they were short on luggage carts. The outside of the side and back exit door area were always full of trash. The area was great and the staff wS great.

Price is right! I did see some areas where maintenance should take care of with some simple touch ups. I saw some negative reviews, so I was hesitant to stay here. So glad I did. The room was clean. My room was by the pool, but the staff honored quiet hours…which was a plus! The hotel was very quiet at night.
