willing to accommodate a late night transf from another hotel had to chase down towels clean, good breakfast, friendly people, accommodating to a late night switch from another hotel

had a broken shoulder they made sure I was comfortable anything I needed they made sure I had it the bed was not the best it could use an update the staff friendly and helpful
The mattressses need to be updated. I have stayed here many times and each time my credit/debit card is double charged and I have to wait days for this to be corrected That is not good business.
