Very Good We unfortunately had noisy neighbors. After midnight while my boys were sleeping I heard a dog barking on the balcony. I understand needing to get their energy out after being alone in the room but maybe it would of been better taking him for a walk. Also I wish the bathroom had a fan. My boys loved the slides at the pool. Easy for them to make friends and have fun with other kids outside! The hotel is only 0.5 ml away from the pier and it was perfect for us. The property served it purpose and is convenient. I've stayed at this property several times in the past and have always enjoyed the amenities. However, on this trip, the room needs a DEEP cleaning, especially with pets. The floors were very dirty. When I used a towel to clean some water off the floor, the towel was black. We were glad we had packed extra socks. I know finding housekeeping staff is probably very tough right now and I totally understand. Pleasant Dirty bathroom floor and shower area Location
Pleasant The bathrooms were not clean- floors, tiles, corners. The bath tub and sink had slow drains. The location was convenient.
Great place especially for people traveling with pets. Would happily stay there again. The bed was a little uncomfortable. Great location. It's right off the highway and there are lots of food choices all around. The staff was super friendly and everything was nice and clean.
