We had the best experience and absolutely loved New York The rooms need updating. It was in a great position to access everything. The beds were very comfortable.

A positive stay. I would recommend this hotel. There was no mini-fridge in the room. Our room was across from the ice machine, and when people came to get ice in the evening or morning, they made quite a bit of noise. Furthermore, the room was at the back of the building, which was a positive in some ways because we had a view of the Empire State Building, but we faced the outside air conditioning units, so there was a constant hum, even when we turned off the air conditioning in our room.
