It is good just for thw location, but all in all, too pricy for the value you get. Sheets were dirty (just a smudge, but still), after asking to change it it was a bit dirty in other spots. Good location.

We've been staying here for years and have never had a bad experience. Elevator can be very slow at times, but we just take the stairs. Location is convenient walking distance to so many things we love in the city, and the subway is conveniently located at the end of the block. Rooms are always clean, and staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a nice roof top bar. The hotel isn't fancy, but we like it here. :)
