Exceptional Chambre assez petite, pas de fenêtre pour aérer et pas de pommeau de douche sinon lit confortable et très bon emplacement. L’emplacement est top, nous avons pu faire beacoup de choses à pieds

Soggiorno molto piacevole! Le tende non erano proprio oscuranti. La mia stanza dava sul retro e c’era il costante rumore dei condizionatori esterni, dormendo con i tappi è andata benissimo. Posizione eccellente, proprio dietro l’Empire, metro a due passi, negozi e ristoranti sotto l’albergo. Stanze non grandissime ma comode. Molto pulito. Personale cortese e disponibile.

Pleasant O quarto é pequeno, com uma janela minuscula que não pode abrir e que da para um fosso. Tem um barulho alto principalmente a noite, dificil de dormir, incluindo o barulho do aquecedor, é quase impossível. Durante boa parte da estadia, um dos elevadores não estava funcionando o que tornava qualquer ida-volta ao hotel um transtorno, muito tempo de espera. A localização é muito boa. A equipe é simpática e atende bem, tanto na portaria quanto da limpeza.

Piacevole ma non ci ritornerei Nel complesso la struttura era sporca e trasandata. Meglio farsi mettere ai piani bassi perché gli ascensori sono molto lenti e spesso uno dei due era fuori servizio Posizione strategica che consente di raggiungere a piedi diversi punti turistici

Bene ma non l’ascensore! Assolutamente l’ascensore è ciò che non funziona in questo hotel. Non è possibile che un hotel con 14 piani abbia solo 1 ascensore funzionante. Il giorno della partenza ho aspettato 20 minuti l’ascensore. NO WAY!!! Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti da Empire, Times Square e le principali attrazioni. Pulizia buona, tutti i giorni camera rifatta, asciugamani puliti, caffè in camera. Camera standard spaziosa.
