It was our third stay here. Location, rates, and comfort are among the best available in NYC. Wish they served breakfast, but there were great places very close by. Clean. Clean. Clean. Housekeeping, Maintenance and front desk staff went above and beyond!

Good stay in heart of Korea town I was stuck in the elevator and had to be rescued by firefighters. The room is a bit small and circulation space tight, but maybe expected to NYC.. Location close to main stations (Penn Station has accessibility); 5 different pillows to choose; no street noise in the room; coffee machine available until 11am in common area (to compensate terrible coffee provided in room); friendly staff; accept good deliveries on guest’s behalf.
