Comfortable, within great surroundings Having to go down to basement for hot water from 14th floor, kettle in room would be a nice touch Location was perfect, every where was walkable.
We had a great time in NYC for 5nights; the hotel was clean, comfy and well located. The plumbing was noisy (but perhaps to be expected in NYC). Our room was by the ice machine (but thankfully not by the lifts) and the seals around the doors need redoing to reduce light from the corridors into the bedrooms. Amazing location, in Korean Town - very central to get to tourist spots

Magnifique !!!! La vue de ma chambre était sur cours mais parce que j’ai demandé l’étage le plus bas et il me l’on donné tout de suite Franchement service EXCEPTIONNEL !!! Le service , la propreté,le personnel, l’attention du personnel et l’emplacement exceptionnel

Very Good Pulizia non ottimale, per più volte negli asciugamani del bagno abbiamo trovato capelli neri lunghi non nostri. Simo una famiglia di Rossi:) Abbiamo detto a chi effettuava le pulizie di prestare più attenzione Posizione ottima e staff gentikissimo.
コスパが良い 事前問い合わせでケトルがあるとの回答だったが、フロントにお願いしてもなかった。お湯の水圧、量は問題ないが、出るまでに時間がかかった。宿泊期間が長く、洋服が多かったのでハンガーがもっと欲しい。 ホテルの立地が良く、治安も安心。私の部屋は道路側でなかったので、窓からの景色はとなるのビルの設備が見えてよくないが、その分、静かだった。 部屋も広く快適にすごすことができた。設備全体は古く感じるが、内容は十分だし、コスパが良いと思う
