Pleasant Midtown is a terrible area to stay and the hotel is right in the middle so a bunch of homeless ppl aroun. Room was pretty small too. So.. the nice staff let us change the room after we got one without the window. So big plus here.

It’s great location for me, which covers all other moments. The look from the window. And when I called to ask about stuff I left in there, I was just redirected to make some inquiry on the website, I was told they don’t handle it. I did that inquiry and still didn’t receive any response to it. It felt a bit over complicated in management of this kind of issues. I liked location a lot, room wasn’t as specious but still good. It seemed there is filter in the shower - which I enjoyed having as well. Soap smelled actually nice.
Good Great location, complimentary tea/coffee, rooms well serviced, nice cocktails at the rooftop bar, helpful staff, competitively priced, close to subway. Will be back
10 notte, 4 persone, siamo stati bene I difetti ci sono: il condizionatore è rumoroso, alcune cose hanno segni di usura, cose così che però non ci hanno impedito di stare bene, in 4, per 10 giorni. In ogni caso il rapporto prezzo qualità è ottimo Centralissimo, praticamente sotto l'Empire Stata Building. Struttura non nuova ma pulita. Comodissimo poter prendere il caffè e l'acqua fredda nel seminterrato,.mangiare colazione non è previsto ma attorno c'è tutto compresa una pasticceria francese praticamente di fronte.
