Convenient but don’t expect great service staff didn’t respond to email inquiries I sent through this app, including when I reposted seeing a gigantic dead roach in the gym or asked for an hour early check in. The concierge promised flatt rate Taxi that ended up costing $125 to the airport instead of the agreed upon $110. clean, convenient
