Very Good two times there was no hot water under the shower, room is a bit outdated location is amazing! super close to the empire state building and times square. really safe area, I am a female and was coming back on my own late, never felt in danger around the hotel

Very Good The pillows were bad and the shower was not draining water well almost overflowing found some hair in the bathroom and on the towels and lamb shades The hotel and the location
