Slightly dated hotel but fantastic location and helpful staff. Empire state building view. Enforced 3pm check in. We arrived early but couldn't Check in. Sure, it clearly states 3pm so we were warned but when travelling internationally there's only do much you can do. We arrived at 13:30, wouldn't have been too much to ask to be able to check in a bit early and grab a shower. Second stay, location wise this hotel is spot on.
