The cleanest and best hotel we could have stayed at in NYC. The female staff member (not sure of her name) she was there Saturday and Sunday around 3:30-4p when we came down and was asking for advice on the parking and she was extremely rude and said “I don’t know what to tell you, I’m not sure where you can park” which was a little disappointing. Overall, a good property for the money in a very expensive city with few real good ‘ bargain’ deals. As noted, it would be nice if a continental breakfast was offered since the hotel restaurant is closed. I would also recommend ‘ brightening up the lobby area a bit- it’s a bit dark and unwelcoming. No breakfeast. The property should reevaluate its ‘extras’…..I woukd,at least, hope for coffee and perhaps some donuts for a continental breakfast.
