the room was lackluster but the hotel was comfortable. the room was unclean with stains in the bedding and supposed clean towels in the restroom. the property was close to everything

Experiencia buena pero con cositas a mejorar uno de los días no nos realizaron los servicios de la habitación sin avisar ni nada. el wifi llega muy mal a las habitaciones. por las noches en el fin de semana se escucha mucho ruido por los bares de alrededor muy buena localización, a escasos 10 minutos de Times Square. las habitaciones muy amplias con unas camas muy cómodas

Good Didn’t get room service for the first 2 days. Was expecting a coffee maker as stated on line but didn’t have one in our room. Bathroom door was splitting apart, shower curtain was torn and most of the metal in the room was rusted. Location was great! Loved the restaurants in KoreaTown and easy to walk up 5th Ave, Broadway and Times Square
