Wonderful Ubicación excelente, cerca del metro, de sitios turísticos. Camas cómodas, buenas instalaciones, a pesar que está en una calle sumamente concurrida no hay ruido en el cuarto

Lovely hotel tucked away on Korea Way Breakfast is very basic, cereal, toast and bagels but nothing to moan at...it's free and included in the price so a good place to start the day before your adventures in New York Very friendly and welcoming upon arrival, we were early (arriving at noon) but we were still allowed to check in early (at no extra cost)
Very Good For being is such a central location, the hotel itself (and my room) were surprisingly quiet/peaceful. I also thought the staff was very friendly. I stayed for over a week, and I would do so again.

Good There was a problem of a late delivery with the laundry service. Position, comfort, clean bathroom, good value for money
Awesome Front desk staff was helpful, especially Tom, who is one of the most professional people in that position I have ever seen.
